Alexandre de Calais
Attorney
Alexandre is an attorney with extensive experience in intellectual property and related areas such as franchising, contracts, and competition law. He works on pre-litigation strategies, extrajudicial measures, and judicial proceedings involving trademarks, trade dress, patents, industrial designs, copyright, and unfair competition.
He also has solid experience in drafting and reviewing contracts involving intellectual assets, including assignment, licensing, and technology transfer agreements. He holds a Law degree and is currently pursuing a postgraduate degree in Intellectual Property at the Pontifical Catholic University of Rio de Janeiro (PUC-Rio).
