The Federal Government has authorized the appointment of 120 approved candidates from the BPTO’s public examination, under Decree No. 12.647, of October 1, 2025.
This initiative is part of a broader public service renewal strategy, strengthening the Brazilian Patent and Trademark Office (BPTO) in achieving its strategic goals. A total of 40 analysts, 40 researchers, and 40 technologists will be appointed, with the onboarding expected by the end of November.
This expansion reinforces the commitment to efficiency, innovation, and the strengthening of Brazil’s intellectual property system.
