Master in Contemporary Civil Law and Legal Practice from PUC-Rio and specialist in intellectual property. Author of the book “Pharmaceutical Patent Infringement”, cited by the Federal Court of Rio de Janeiro in judicial decisions. Coordinator of the ABPI Copyright and Personality Commission. Co-Chair for the Awards and Fellowships Subcommittee of the International Trademark Association (INTA). Member of the OAB/RJ Special Committee on 5G, Technical Standards and Technological Innovation. Winner of the Tomorrow Leader’s Award 2020, awarded by INTA to “young professionals who lead the intellectual property industry”. Author of the books “Intellectual Property in the Creative Industry” and “Copyrights according to the STJ.
