Marcasur magazine published an article on the Fashion Law event in Latin America, held in March this year at the Cardozo Law School in New York. The partner Paulo Parente Marques Mendes was one of the speakers, talking about the responsibility of the landlord for the sale of counterfeit products in Brazil – a study on the case of the 25 de Março shopping decision.

Like Parente, other Latin American experts participated in the panel, representing their respective entities.
