Marcelo Oliveira is a telecommunications engineer and industrial property agent. He currently manages the patent department of our company and is responsible for overseeing all patent procedures before the INPI (National Institute of Industrial Property).

His experience includes: conducting prior art searches and preparing technical reports; adapting, preparing, and drafting patent applications, especially in the fields of telecommunications, software, electronics, and mechanics; preparing responses to office actions, as well as preparing appeals, responses to unfavorable opinions, and nullity actions. Additionally, he handles the administrative processing of industrial designs before the INPI and other foreign patent offices.
