Hannah Fernandes
Attorney
Hannah Fernandes is a lawyer specialized in Intellectual Property and Corporate Law, with a focus on commercial contracts, enabling her to provide dynamic solutions for all types of business involving technology transfer, licensing, software, trade secrets, unfair competition, copyrights, industrial designs, patents, research and development, and plant varieties.
Additionally, Hannah has extensive experience in analyzing and drafting commercial contracts and transactions, such as franchises, agency and distribution agreements, as well as copyright protection and software registration.
