Gabriel Di Blasi is a founding partner of Di Blasi, Parente & Associados, with 38 years of experience as a lawyer, industrial property agent, and industrial engineer. Gabriel has extensive experience in domestic and international matters, including patents, industrial designs, trade secrets, cultivars, licensing and franchising agreements, as well as technology and innovation management. His criminal and litigation practice covers various sectors, such as agribusiness, pharmaceutical industry, medical devices, animal health, agrochemicals, green technology, biotechnology, telecommunications, mechanics, oil and gas, among others.
