Gabriel Di Blasi
Founding partner
Gabriel Di Blasi is the founding partner of Di Blasi, Parente & Associados, an Intellectual Property law firm established over 37 years ago.
As a lawyer, an industrial engineer and an industrial property agent, his practice spans both national and international issues, including patents, industrial design, trade secrets, plant varieties, licensing and franchise agreements, technology management, and technological innovation. His litigation and criminal practices encompass a wide range of sectors, including agribusiness, pharmaceuticals, medical devices, animal health, agrochemicals, green technology, biotechnology, telecommunications, mechanics, oil and gas, among others.
Gabriel is also involved in regulatory matters and is particularly engaged with measures from ANVISA, ANEEL, ANP, and others in Brazil. He also mentors at Endeavor Brazil, Inovativa Brazil, and Templo Ventures
