Felipe has publications and awards for best practices in the areas of public management, public policy, government planning, corporate strategy, and innovation. He has served at the National Institute of Industrial Property (INPI) in various roles such as Director of Trademarks and General Coordinator of Dissemination for Innovation, where he was responsible for the executive coordination of the INPI Business Program.
