BPTO welcomes 75 new employees, strengthening its mission to drive innovation in Brazil

The Brazilian Patent and Trademark Office welcomed 75 new employees on November 10, who now join its workforce dedicated to fostering innovation and technological development through Industrial Property.

With the arrival of new researchers, technologists, and analysts, appointed under Ordinance No. 308/2025, the Institute strengthens its technical capacity and marks the beginning of a new phase of growth and efficiency. Over the coming weeks, the new staff members will take part in the first stage of the onboarding program for new employees (PROAMB), featuring integration and training activities led by the INPI Academy.

During the ceremony, the BPTO President Júlio César Moreira emphasized that this moment represents a new chapter for the Institute, reaffirming its commitment to contributing to Brazil’s economic development and the reduction of social inequalities through the granting of industrial property rights.

We congratulate the BPTO on this important institutional milestone and reiterate our support for promoting Intellectual Property as a cornerstone of innovation, competitiveness, and sustainable development in Brazil.
