Seven years of experience in Intellectual Property, Luiza Gonçalves Portelli advises national and international clients on litigation, consultancy, and contract law, focusing on trademarks, copyrights, licensing, and unfair competition. She combines technical-legal rigor with a strategic vision developed through her tenure at Brazil’s leading specialized firms, boasting solid experience in administrative and judicial disputes before the INPI (Brazilian Patent and Trademark Office) and the Judiciary. An active researcher and assistant professor at PUC-SP for Industrial Property and Monograph courses, she further deepens her expertise at the intersection of innovation and impact through her ongoing academic training at FIA Business School.
