Holds a technical background in Chemistry from the Federal Institute of Education, Science and Technology of Rio de Janeiro (IFRJ), which provides a strong technical and scientific foundation applied to the analysis and drafting of patent documents. Works across all stages of the patent lifecycle, including prior art searches, patentability and freedom-to-operate (FTO) analyses, drafting, filing, and prosecution of patent and industrial design applications in Brazil and abroad (PCT), preparation of technical opinions, monitoring of substantive examination, and specialized support in intellectual property disputes and litigation.
