Marcelo Oliveira is a telecommunication engineer, industrial property agent and in charge of the Patent Department. He joined Di Blasi Parente’s Rio de Janeiro office in 2000 as patent specialist.
Marcelo acts in the protection of IP, in the telecommunications, software, electronic and other related fields.
His practice includes, but not limited, to patent and industrial design prosecution, searches and analysis of patentability, technical opinions, draft patent application, among others.
